Chad and Lydia - Wedding Day

Chad and Lydia were married last weekend at ACU's Chapel on the Hill, then the reception was at ACU's Hunter Welcome Center. Both locations were beautiful. Chad and Lydia are a kind and generous couple in so many ways. To view the slideshow click here.

Lydia carried this beautiful handkerchief down the aisle. It was made by Lula Gildra Pointer, who is Linda's (Mother of the Groom) great grandmother. Lula carried this handkerchief in her wedding in 1900 at age 16. Linda also carried the handerchief during her wedding. What a wonderful blessing for Lydia to carry this handkerchief that is 109 years old.

Lydia is getting ready here to meet Chad for First Glance. Lydia and Chad chose to do pictures before the wedding, after the wedding they even beat the guests to the reception.

Chad's table was a great representation of his favorite things. No cake here...trail mix, a cooler that looks like a float on a fishing line filled with bottled water, watermelon and camo!!

These little girls were SO cute. They stood patiently by Lydia's cake waiting for it to be cake time, but they also thought the camo napkins from Chad's table were so fun that they had those ready for the bride's cake. I loved the look of anticipation.

Chad's two nephew's were hiding out in the limousine to surprise the bride and groom. Here is one of the nephews with a big smile waiting for the surprise!
